Francesca Aiello (born 1994) is an American fashion designer and the founder and creative director of Frankies Bikinis, the Malibu-born swimwear and lifestyle brand. A Malibu native, she began making custom bikinis for friends at 17 and turned the home project into a global label worn by supermodels and sold in major retailers. In October 2026, her marriage to former NBA star Blake Griffin was confirmed after Griffin was repeatedly spotted wearing a gold wedding band at public events.
She is the company's CEO and creative director, overseeing every design that carries the Frankies name.
