Sardinia is a Mediterranean island region of Italy, famed for its turquoise Costa Smeralda coastline, luxury resorts and yacht-filled summers. For Blake Griffin and Francesca Aiello, Sardinia marks the turning point of their love story: after splitting around 2020, the pair was photographed vacationing there together in August 2023, confirming their reconciliation. The Italian reset led, in time, to a Costa Rica engagement in 2025 and a confirmed marriage in 2026.
