The Academy Museum Gala is an annual Los Angeles fundraiser for the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures and one of the film industry’s glitziest nights. The sixth annual gala, held Oct. 17, 2026, honored John Carpenter, Colman Domingo and Charlize Theron, and featured a performance by Taylor Swift, who wore a custom Dior gown by Jonathan Anderson — less than a day before she appeared in a suite at Arrowhead for the Chiefs game.
