A wedding buffet lets guests serve themselves from a spread, and Shane Profitt and Chloe Crawford’s Nashville reception buffet was generous: Caprese salad, yeast rolls, honey balsamic chicken, beef tender tips, Boursin and caramelised onion mashed potatoes, roasted green beans and smoked gouda mac and cheese. Dessert was a multi-tiered vanilla cake with almond icing and chocolate layers for their 126 guests.
