Duchy of Cornwall

The Duchy of Cornwall is a private estate of land, property and investments established in 1337 to provide income for the heir to the British throne. Held by the Prince of Wales, it spans tens of thousands of acres across England, funding his public, charitable and private activities. The Duchy also builds and manages communities, farms and businesses, making its holder a significant landowner and employer.
