Engagement rumors are speculative reports that a couple intends to marry, typically built from clues such as jewelry, captions and family comments rather than any announcement. In this story, the rumors around Billy Ray Cyrus and Elizabeth Hurley rest on a photographed diamond ring, a delighted comment from her son Damian, and Cyrus’s ring-pun caption — with no confirmation offered and representatives for both stars unreachable for comment.
