His Dedication Night routine, dedicated to his mother Bahar, earned the first perfect 10 of the season from guest judge Kym Johnson-Herjavec and a total of 37 out of 40, tying him for second place on the night. His mother joined the celebration as the audience rose for one of the night’s biggest ovations.
