A fashion emergency is a sudden clothing crisis requiring immediate rescue, usually by a stylist or publicist. Megan Moroney’s was extreme: her adhesive underwear detached completely on the ACM Awards red carpet, in front of rows of photographers, and the emergency protocol — hand it to the publicist, keep smiling, keep posing — worked flawlessly.
