The Supernatural star voted Sexiest Y2K Throwback in the 2026 Readers’ Choice Poll, beating James Lafferty, Adam Brody and Penn Badgley. Ackles has been a fan-vote heavyweight for two decades, and his throwback win proves the devotion has not faded with time. Few actors inspire the sustained, organised affection that reliably carries him through categories like this one. His voters treat every poll like a duty, and the results show it yet again.
