John Legend is an American singer, songwriter and pianist whose smooth soul ballads, including ‘All of Me,’ made him one of the defining romantic voices of his generation and a member of the elite EGOT club of Emmy, Grammy, Oscar and Tony winners. With his wife Chrissy Teigen he co-founded the pet brand Kismet, inspired by their late bulldog Puddy. In October 2026 the couple fronted New York’s Halloween Dog Parade, with Legend calling the brand a company ‘built around that kind of love.’
