Korean fusion describes cooking that reimagines traditional Korean flavors and techniques through global influences — think gochujang glazes on Western cuts, or classic banchan presented with fine-dining precision. It was the culinary theme of EJAE and Sam Kim's wedding celebrations at Congdu50 in Seoul.
The choice echoed the couple's whole story: a Korean-born, American-raised artist whose Oscar-night stage show blended pansori tradition with pop spectacle, and whose wedding mixed a Paebaek with a couture tulle gown.
