Maxx Morando (born 1998) is an American musician, best known as the drummer of the Los Angeles rock band Liily and previously of The Regrettes. He began dating Miley Cyrus in 2021 after the two were set up on a blind date, and the couple later became engaged. Morando, who is six years Cyrus' junior, has largely kept a low profile beside one of pop's biggest stars.
At Cyrus' October 2026 Hollywood Bowl shows, he witnessed the flickering-lights moment she described as a sign from Dolly Parton, and joined her hand in hand for the encore.
