The Medallion Ceremony is the Country Music Hall of Fame’s formal induction night, held at the CMA Theater in Nashville, where new members receive their medallions amid tributes and performances. At the October 18, 2026 ceremony, Tim McGraw was inducted as the Modern Era artist, delivering an emotional speech to his wife Faith Hill and their daughters that became the evening’s defining and most-shared moment.
