Miami Swim Week is the swimwear industry's biggest annual trade and runway event, held in Miami Beach each summer. It holds a special place in Frankies Bikinis history: when Francesca Aiello presented her collection there in 2014, she became the youngest designer ever to show at the event. The debut announced her Malibu label to the fashion world and set up a decade of celebrity collaborations and retail expansion.
The event draws hundreds of brands and buyers, and a standout debut there can launch a label overnight — as it did for Frankies.
