Musical theatre is the stage art form that tells stories through a fusion of song, dance, dialogue and design. Its modern era has been reshaped by Lin-Manuel Miranda, whose Hamilton fused hip-hop with Broadway tradition. His new show Warriors, co-written with Eisa Davis and opening at the Lunt-Fontanne Theatre in April 2027, extends that experiment to a 1979 cult film and a largely female company.
