Rob Warner is the father at the head of the family behind this story’s extraordinary Halloween display. Working alongside his wife Kel and their three children, Rob directed the build that turned their home into Jurassic Park — more than 200 hours of designing and construction, a roughly $4,000 budget, and a 13-foot replica gate with working flame effects at the end of the driveway.
