A TV premiere is the first broadcast of a new season or series, often promoted as an event. Grey’s Anatomy season 23 premiered in fall 2026, continuing one of the longest runs in drama history. Premieres set the tone for the season ahead, reuniting audiences with favorite characters and introducing exciting new storylines and arcs.
