Wedding cake layers stack flavours and tiers into a reception centrepiece. Shane Profitt and Chloe Crawford’s multi-tiered vanilla cake featured almond icing and chocolate layers, served after a buffet of honey balsamic chicken, beef tender tips and smoked gouda mac and cheese. The cake’s mix of classic and chocolate echoed the wedding itself: traditional at heart, personal in every detail.
