Talking Heads

Talking Heads

Talking Heads were a New York band formed in the 1970s who became one of the most acclaimed acts of the new wave era, blending art-rock, funk and world rhythms on songs like Psycho Killer, Once in a Lifetime and Burning Down the House. Fronted by David Byrne, with Tina Weymouth and Chris Frantz in the rhythm section, they expanded pop’s possibilities. Weymouth and Frantz also formed Tom Tom Club, featured in the docuseries New Wave.
